Get Into Golf At Bramshaw Golf Club
Bramshaw Golf Club in the heart of the New Forest, Hampshire is delighted to offer everyone from all walks of life, age and gender the chance to “get into golf”.
Launching their 11th year of “Get into Golf”; Bramshaw’s free group coaching programme is now available for up to 60 beginners and relative newcomers to the game.
Anyone can apply to take part in this annual coaching programme that provides the opportunity to join others new to the game in a friendly and relaxed environment. Coaching is delivered via six 1-hour sessions in groups of 6 people, all equipment can be provided if necessary, and the Club tries hard to match like-minded individuals in order to make the sessions rewarding and fun. Friendships often follow!
These sessions with PGA Professionals Mike Bristow and Claire Duffy will take you through different aspects of the game including but not limited to: putting, short game & chipping, iron play and driving.
Andy Rideout (General Manager) said “Get into Golf is a fantastic initiative run by the Club to encourage newcomers to the game. Golf is an expensive hobby, and the initial price of buying clubs, shoes, lessons etc. often puts people off. This 6 week FREE course allows everyone the chance to give golf a try. It might be a bit like marmite, but you’ve got to try it to find out!”
Registration for Bramshaw’s “Get into Golf” programme opens on the 1st of February and you can find out more information and sessions dates and times at http://www.bramshaw.co.uk/get_into_golf
